The wait is over and we are very happy that we are able to welcome you again in our (apart-)hotels. 

According to the government, entry tests or the green passport will be required for admission, i.e. for a holiday with us you must be verifiably tested, recovered or vaccinated. The tests include PCR tests (valid for a maximum of 72 hours), antigen tests (valid for a maximum of 48 hours) and self-tests with digital integration (valid for a maximum of 24 hours).

Arrival information & official requirements

We ask for your compliance and understanding. 

  • On arrival (check-in) we require proof of a negative and valid COVID-19 test, a vaccination certificate (1st vaccination at least 22 days old) or a recovery (not more than 6 months ago).
  • Guests must have a COVID-19 test every 48 hours at a testing station or pharmacy.
  • We have to limit the wellness area to 10m2 per person, therefor we reserve the right to make our wellness area available only on reservation and only for a very small number of persons, in order to be able to comply with the official regulations.
  • The government currently prescribes a closing time of 24:00 - we ask for your understanding that after this time no guests are allowed in the restaurant area.
  • A maximum of 8 adults may be seated at one table indoors in the restaurant - 16 adults are permitted at one table outdoors - we ask for your understanding that we have to divide larger groups over several tables.

Your health is important to us | Our measures

We make sure you spend your holiday safely. 
In order for you to relax during your holiday without worries, we have developed a detailed hygiene and safety concept. The protection of your health is our top priority and we make sure that you can enjoy your stay without any concern. Below you will find a list of our measures:

  • We clean and disinfect our public (apart-)hotel areas several times a day and also guarantee sufficient hand disinfectant dispensers.
  • Our staff is tested weekly against the Covid-19 virus with a PCR test.  
  • In each of our (apart-)hotels we have at least one Covid-19 safety/hygiene officer who ensures compliance with the official guidelines.
  • We provide you and our staff with FFP2 masks, gloves and disinfectants.
  • We ensure compliance with the permissible number of persons in the public (apart-)hotel areas as well as the necessary safety distance.
  • We provide you with a Hygienic Hand Gel 2GO from RITUALS free of charge in your room/apartment/penthouse on arrival.
  • We have reduced the furniture in all public areas of our (apart-)hotels according to the safety distance regulation.
  • We have installed signs in all (apart-)hotels to remind our guests of the rules for safe distances in public places.
