Where are the Ski & Golf Suites located?
You'll find us at Zellermoosstraße 3 in 5700 Zell am See. It's 600 metres to the Areitbahn and 2 kilometres to the golf club. By car you can drive straight into the underground car park.

Where can I park at the Ski & Golf Suites?
Underground parking spaces are available free of charge. There is no EV charging station at our locations. Reserving parking spaces is not possible.

How do check-in and check-out work at the Ski & Golf Suites?
The Ski & Golf Suites don't have their own reception; you'll collect the key at the reception of the AvenidA Mountain Resort in Kaprun (Peter Buchner Straße 2). Check-in is possible from 4 to 8 pm and check-out from 8 to 10 am. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; if you arrive outside opening hours, please let us know: +43 6547 206210.

How much is the deposit at the Ski & Golf Suites?
On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros by credit card. If there is no damage you get the full amount back. Daily cleaning is not included.

Dogs are not permitted at the Ski & Golf Suites.
