Angefangen hat alles in Kaprun Unsere Geschichte
Was heute die Alpin Family ist, begann 2007 mit einer einzigen Immobilie: der Kitz Residenz in Kaprun. Das Apartmenthaus wurde als Investment erworben und legte den Grundstein für eine Entwicklung, die bis heute anhält.
2009 entstand mit Alpin Rentals der eigene Vermietungsservice und damit die erste Version der heutigen Alpin Family.
Was mit der Vermietung einzelner Apartments im Salzburger Land begann, entwickelte sich Schritt für Schritt zu einer vielseitigen Hotelgruppe. Während sich die ersten Projekte auf den Pinzgau konzentrierten, wuchs das Unternehmen in den vergangenen Jahren kontinuierlich weiter und ist heute auch in Tirol, Vorarlberg und Oberösterreich vertreten.

Aus einer Idee wurde eine Unternehmensgruppe mit vielfältigen Hotels und Unterkünften in Österreich. Trotz unseres Wachstums ist eines gleich geblieben: Wir möchten Orte schaffen, an denen sich Menschen wohlfühlen, gerne wiederkommen und ihren Urlaub genau so verbringen können, wie sie es sich vorstellen.
