It all started in Kaprun Our story
What is today Alpin Family began in 2007 with a single property: the Kitz Residenz in Kaprun. The apartment building was acquired as an investment and laid the foundation for a development that continues to this day.
In 2009, Alpin Rentals was created as our own rental service, and with it the first version of today's Alpin Family.
What began with the rental of individual apartments in the Salzburger Land developed step by step into a versatile hotel group. While the first projects focused on the Pinzgau, the company has grown continuously in recent years and is today also represented in Tyrol, Vorarlberg and Upper Austria.

From one idea grew a group of companies with a wide variety of hotels and accommodations in Austria. Despite our growth, one thing has stayed the same: we want to create places where people feel comfortable, love to come back and can spend their holiday exactly as they imagine it.
