Afterward, it’s time to cool off, relax, and plan your next day on the slopes. No registration required.

The fitness room is available to you free of charge. Cardio machines for endurance training, strength training equipment for everything else. If the weather turns bad outside, you can simply move your workout indoors. And if you want to work up a sweat before breakfast, you can do so here at no extra charge and without a gym membership. Curries and Indian dishes are available daily from 12 noon to 10 pm. You simply stay in the house, order and let the evening wind down at the bar. And if you'd rather cook yourself, you've got everything you need in the apartment. The centre of Kaprun with its shops is just a few steps away.

Ski slopes and snow adventures Winter begins right outside the door
It's just 750 metres from the house to the Maiskogel. Perfect for anyone who wants to get on the slopes quickly. If you want to go higher, take the ski bus, which stops right outside the door, to the Kitzsteinhorn or the Schmittenhöhe. Afterwards your equipment is already waiting in the heated ski room for the next day's skiing.
Beach days and hiking tours Summer with a card for the whole region
The Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte is included in your summer holiday. It covers many of the region's mountain lifts and buses. Hiking on the Maiskogel, swimming in the Zeller See or a rainy day at the Tauern Spa, two kilometres away. You get tips for day trips at reception or from the Zell am See-Kaprun tourist office.

How do I get to the 24 by AvenidA in Kaprun?
By car you take the B311 to Zell am See and follow the signs to Kaprun. You'll find the 24 by AvenidA at Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 24, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. By train you travel to Zell am See and continue by bus or taxi.

Where can I park at the 24 by AvenidA?
Parking is free of charge for you. Your car goes in the hotel's underground car park. An EV charging station is available on request, subject to availability.

When can I check in and check out at the 24 by AvenidA?
Check-in is possible from 4 to 8 pm, and check-out until 10 am. Please note that check-in and check-out take place at the AvenidA Mountain Lodges Kaprun at Mühlfeldstraße 2, around 650 metres from the 24. Reception there is staffed from 8 am to 8 pm. On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros.

Are dogs allowed at 24 by AvenidA?
Yes, your dog may come along to selected apartments on request, for a daily surcharge. Please enquire directly when booking.

Our hotel has an externally run restaurant. There you can have breakfast or enjoy Indian specialities.
