At the Nikolaus by AvenidA, each of the 31 units has a private sauna, available from 7.30am to 10pm. Sizes range from 28 to 122 square metres, from a double room for two to the Panorama Penthouse for eight plus two. You can use the washing machine, dryer and fitness room in the house free of charge. Your equipment dries free of charge in the house's heated ski room. From right at the top, you look out over the town and the lake.
