Where can I park at Der Gletscherblick?
Parking options are available free of charge at the apartments. There is no EV charging station at our locations.

How do check-in and check-out work at Der Gletscherblick?
Der Gletscherblick doesn't have its own reception; you'll collect the key at the reception of the AvenidA Mountain Resort (Peter Buchner Straße 2). Check-in is possible from 4 to 8 pm and check-out from 8 to 10 am. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; if you're arriving outside opening hours, please let us know: +43 6547 206210.

How much is the deposit at Der Gletscherblick?
On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros by credit card. You get the full amount back if no damage has occurred during your stay. Daily cleaning is not included.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are allowed in selected units. We kindly ask you to book directly and to clarify in advance whether dogs are welcome in the unit you've chosen. The price is € 30.00 per night, without food.
