How do I get to The Gast House in Zell am See?
You will find us at Hafnergasse 4 in 5700 Zell am See, right in the centre. It is a 10-minute walk from the railway station, or you can take a taxi. It is 150 metres to Lake Zell.

Where can I park at The Gast House?
We have our own underground car park with a limited number of spaces. A space must be reserved and is subject to a fee; it's best to ask when you book so we can guarantee you a parking space. There are two charging stations in the underground car park, payable by credit or charging card.

When can I check in and check out at The Gast House?
Check-in runs from 16.00 to 20.00, and check-out as early as 7.30 to 10.00. Reception is staffed from 8.00 to 20.00. Earlier and later times are possible subject to availability. On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros and get it back.

Are dogs allowed in The Gast House?
Yes, on request your dog may join you in selected rooms and suites for a daily surcharge. Let us know when you book. We'll then check which unit is available.

What catering is available at The Gast House?
The breakfast buffet runs daily from 7 to 10.30 am. External guests are warmly welcome. In addition, we offer you a DIY Honesty Bar in our lobby.
