Indoor pool Swimming in the heart of the centre
The indoor pool is open to you daily from 9 am to 8 pm. That means you can swim in the mornings too, when the rain has set in outside. For families that's eleven hours of water time a day. After the pool you lie down in the relaxation area. It's just another 150 metres to the Zeller See.
Saunas Warm up and relax
Two textile saunas await you from 2 pm to 8 pm. The Finnish sauna brings dry heat, the herbal sauna is gentler and fragrant. Some suites additionally have a private sauna in the apartment. After a day's skiing it's just a few steps from the heated ski room. After that the Rituals products in the bathroom take over.
Fitness room Work out before breakfast
The gym opens at 7 am - just like the breakfast buffet. So you can start the day entirely at your own rhythm and get an early workout in.
In the morning Breakfast in Zell am See, right in the centre
At 7 am the breakfast buffet is ready, so you make it to the first gondola. It stays out until 10.30 am if you'd rather have a lie-in. It's best to let us know about any intolerances when you book. If you're not staying with us, you can still have breakfast. For 25 euros per person our breakfast buffet is also available to external guests. In the evening Honesty bar or the town centre
In the evening our Honesty Bar in the house invites you to a relaxed wind-down. A large selection of white and red wines, prosecco, Aperol Spritz, beer and soft drinks awaits you. You simply help yourself to whatever you fancy and note down your drinks - you pay conveniently at check-out. That way you can let the evening wind down in a wonderfully relaxed way with us.
Alpine skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing Winter sports just 600 metres away
It's a 600-metre walk to the valley station of the cityXpress lift. From there it heads up to the Schmittenhöhe. You buy ski passes at reception at the daily rate. You rent equipment from our partner Bründl Sports. Back at the house your gear dries in the heated ski room, free of charge.
Beach days and mountain tours Summer at the lake and with the card
In summer the Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte is included in your booking. With it you use the region's cable cars and buses at no extra charge. It's 150 metres to the Zeller See, so you're at the water in three minutes. On top of that there's the Alpin Gold Card with discounts. After that the indoor pool awaits until 8 pm.

How do I get to The Gast House in Zell am See?
You will find us at Hafnergasse 4 in 5700 Zell am See, right in the centre. It is a 10-minute walk from the railway station, or you can take a taxi. It is 150 metres to Lake Zell.

Where can I park at The Gast House?
We have our own underground car park with a limited number of spaces. A space must be reserved and is subject to a fee; it's best to ask when you book so we can guarantee you a parking space. There are two charging stations in the underground car park, payable by credit or charging card.

When can I check in and check out at The Gast House?
Check-in runs from 16.00 to 20.00, and check-out as early as 7.30 to 10.00. Reception is staffed from 8.00 to 20.00. Earlier and later times are possible subject to availability. On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros and get it back.

Are dogs allowed in The Gast House?
Yes, on request your dog may join you in selected rooms and suites for a daily surcharge. Let us know when you book. We'll then check which unit is available.

What catering is available at The Gast House?
The breakfast buffet runs daily from 7 to 10.30 am. External guests are warmly welcome. In addition, we offer you a DIY Honesty Bar in our lobby.
