Time to breathe Wellness in Zell am See, 150 metres from the gondola
Wellness right on the slope: Finnish sauna, steam bath and relaxation area are all in the house, and it's just a few steps from the ski room to the lounger. Open daily from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
The Finnish sauna delivers dry heat, the steam bath works with moisture and is gentler - two ways to the same goal. After a day on the Schmittenhöhe you'll notice the difference the next morning. Between sessions you lie down in the relaxation area and let your legs dangle.
Ski, snow and adventure Winter without a car
It's a 150-metre walk to the cityXpress lift, shorter than any search for a parking space. You buy ski passes right at reception. You rent equipment from our partner Bründl Sports. Back at the house your gear dries in the heated ski room, free of charge. After that the spa opens from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
Swimming, hiking, biking Summer with the Sommer Card and the lake
In summer the Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte is included in your booking. With it you use the region's cable cars and buses at no extra charge. It's a 10-minute walk to the Zeller See. Reception gives you tips for day trips from 8 am to 8 pm.
Everything on foot The town on your doorstep
Schulstraße 12 is right in the middle of Zell am See. It's a 5-minute walk to the centre, 10 to the lake. The train station is 3 minutes' walk away, so you can arrive without a car too. By car you drive into the building's own underground garage. In the evening you'll find restaurants and bars within walking distance.

How do I get to The House in Zell am See?
You will find us at Schulstraße 12 in 5700 Zell am See, right in the heart of town. It is a 5-minute walk from the railway station. By car you can drive straight into our own underground car park.

Where can I park at The House?
We have our own underground car park. You can reserve a space on site at reception for a daily fee. An EV charging station is available for a fee.

When can I check in and check out at The House?
Check-in runs from 16.00 to 20.00, and check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. Reception is staffed from 8.00 to 20.00. On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros and receive it back in full.

Are dogs allowed in The House?
Yes, on request your dog may join you in selected rooms for a daily surcharge. Let us know when you book. We'll then check which suite is available.

What catering is available at The House?
We offer a generous breakfast buffet every day. There is also the self-service Honesty Bar. In the evening you can cook in your apartment kitchen or choose from one of the surrounding restaurants.
