How do I get to the Nikolaus by AvenidA in Zell am See?
You will find us at Sonnbergstraße 2 in 5700 Zell am See, around one kilometre above the centre. On foot it takes you about 15 minutes. From the railway station you can reach us with a short taxi ride.

Where can I park at the Nikolaus by AvenidA?
Parking spaces are available to you free of charge in our underground car park. An EV charging station is available for a fee.

When can I check in and check out?
Check-in runs from 16.00 to 20.00, and check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. Reception is staffed from 8.00 to 20.00. Earlier and later times are possible subject to availability. On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros and get it back.

Are dogs allowed at the Nikolaus by AvenidA?
Yes, on request your dog may join you in selected rooms for a daily surcharge. Please enquire as early as when you book. We'll then check which unit is available.
