Where can I park at the Kitz Residenz?
Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the Kitz Residenz. There is no EV charging station at our locations.

How does check-in and check-out work at the Kitz Residenz?
The Kitz Residenz has no reception of its own; you collect the key at the reception of the AvenidA Mountain Resort (Peter Buchner Straße 2). Check-in is possible from 16.00 to 20.00 and check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; if you arrive outside opening hours, please let us know: +43 6547 206210.

How much is the deposit?
On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros by credit card. You'll get the full amount back if no damage has been caused during your stay. Daily cleaning is not included.

Can I bring my dog to the Kitz Residenz?
Yes, dogs are permitted in selected units. We ask you to book directly and check in advance whether dogs are welcome in the unit you have chosen. The price is € 30.00 per night, food not included.
