In the morning Breakfast to order
Start your holiday day with a varied breakfast in your apartment or studio. You can easily add breakfast to your stay. From 7 am your breakfast basket is outside the door. You make your own coffee or tea in your well-equipped kitchen. That way you start the day entirely at your own pace.
In the evening Cook or dine out
In every lodge you cook for yourself in a well-equipped kitchenette; we don't have a restaurant of our own. The supermarket is around 130 metres away, and you'll find restaurants and bars in the centre of Kaprun.
Soothing warmth Sauna and relaxation
After a day in the mountains a small wellness area awaits you in the house. The sauna and infrared seats are especially good after a long day of skiing or hiking, and the relaxation room provides relaxing moments. The wellness area is open on request from 3 pm to 8 pm.
In winter Three mountains to choose from
In winter the ski shuttle service takes you to the lifts. You buy ski passes right at reception. You rent equipment from our partners Bründl Sports and Europ Sport in the village. Back at the house your equipment dries in the heated ski room, free of charge. After that the spa opens from 3 pm to 8 pm.
In summer Out and about with the Sommer Card
In summer the Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte is included in your booking. From the stop around 130 metres from the house you travel to the Kitzsteinhorn, the Schmittenhöhe and the Maiskogel. Your car stays in the underground garage. Our reception gives you tips for day trips from 8 am to 8 pm.

How do I get to the AvenidA Mountain Lodges in Kaprun?
You'll find us at Mühlfeldstraße 2 in 5710 Kaprun, around 500 metres from the centre. By car you travel via Zell am See to Kaprun. Without a car you get off at the stop around 130 metres from the building.

Where can I park at the AvenidA Mountain Lodges Kaprun?
An underground car park is available for your car right by the building. An EV charging station is available for a fee. Reception will inform you of the current rates on site.

When can I check in and check out at the AvenidA Mountain Lodges Kaprun?
Check-in runs from 4 to 8 pm, and check-out from 8 to 10 am. Reception is staffed from 8 am to 8 pm. If you're arriving later, just get in touch with us beforehand. On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros, which you'll get back after everything is returned in proper order.

Are dogs allowed at the AvenidA Mountain Lodges?
Yes, your dog may come along to selected apartments on request, for a daily surcharge. It is best to enquire directly when booking. We will then tell you which lodge is available.
