Where can I park at the Alpine Resort?
There are parking spaces in front of the Alpine Resort and parking is free of charge. There is no EV charging station at our locations.

How does check-in and check-out work at the Alpine Resort?
The Alpine Resort has no reception of its own; you collect the key at the reception of the AvenidA Mountain Resort (Peter Buchner Straße 2). Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 8:00 to 10:00. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; if you arrive outside opening hours, please let us know: +43 6547 206210.

How much is the deposit at the Alpine Resort?
On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros by credit card. You'll get the full amount back if no damage has been caused during your stay. Daily cleaning is not included.
