Where can I park at the Residence Bellevue?
The building has underground car park spaces and parking is free of charge. There is no e-charging station at our locations.

How do check-in and check-out work at the Residence Bellevue?
The Residence Bellevue has no reception of its own; you collect the key at the reception of the AvenidA Mountain Resort in Kaprun (Peter Buchner Straße 2). Check-in is possible from 4 to 8 pm and check-out from 8 to 10 am. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; if you arrive outside opening hours, please let us know: +43 6547 206210.

How much is the deposit at the Residence Bellevue?
On arrival you leave a deposit of 300 euros by credit card. If there's no damage, you'll get the full amount back. Daily cleaning is not included.
