Where is the Panorama Chalet Walchen located?
You'll find the chalet at Rossweg 10 in 5721 Piesendorf, in the Walchen district. By car it takes about 8 minutes to the Maiskogel and the Schmittenhöhe. The nearest supermarket is about a kilometre away.

Where can I park at the Panorama Chalet?
The chalet has a carport with room for up to 4 cars. There is no EV charging station at our location.

How do check-in and check-out work at the Panorama Chalet Walchen?
The Panorama Chalet doesn't have its own reception; you'll collect the key at the reception of the AvenidA Mountain Resort (Peter Buchner Straße 2, 5710 Kaprun). Check-in is possible from 4 to 8 pm and check-out from 8 to 10 am. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00; if you arrive outside opening hours, please let us know: +43 6547 206210.

How much is the deposit?
On arrival you leave a deposit of 800 euros by credit card. You get the full amount back provided no damage occurs during your stay. Daily cleaning is not included.

Can I bring my dog to the Panorama Chalet?
No, dogs are not permitted at the Panorama Chalet.
